Nethra Tharpana (Herbal Eye Therapy)

Eye Treatment

This treatment aims to provide optimum rejuvenation to eyes. Fresh dough rings are placed around the eyes in such a way that a dam like appearance is seen. Then herbal healing ghee or medicated oils is put in this groove to lubricate the eye and surrounding areas which will be kept warm for 30 – 35 minutes. This provides improved vision with beautiful eyes and strengthening of eye tissues.

Karna Purana (Herbal Ear Therapy)

It is the ayurvedic technique of administering lukewarm medicated oil into the ear canals. It is done  to pacify certain imbalances often caused by excess vata accumulation and aggravation brought on by cold and windy weather, overstimulation and travel. It has the ability to reduce dryness or itching in the ears, prevent ear infections, reduce tinnitus or ringing in the ears, reduce tension in the neck and jaw, diminish TMJ symptoms, relieve headaches, assist in reducing vertigo, reduce congestion from wax or yeast overgrowth

Lepana (Herbal Paste Application)

Lepana is the external application of Ayurvedic medicated paste on any part of the body where pain associated with inflammatory conditions persists. The ingredients is a blend of many potential herbs/ spices/ juices and buttermilk and may vary based on the nature of the ailment. It can also be done in combination with Abhyanga. This localized form of treatment relieves various inflammatory diseases of the body. These include Rheumatoid Arthritis, abscess, osteoarthritis, edema and circulatory imbalances.

Pichu (Herbal Oil Sponge Application)

It is a potential healing treatment performed by sponging the afflicted body part with cotton soaked in herbal oils.
