Terms & Conditions:
1. Membership is available for 4 different time limits - 6 months, 12 months and 18 months.
2. Membership will commence on the day you pay the chosen Membership length and is to be paid in full.
3. You will have 9/12/18 months from the payment date to utilize all the funds held on your account on Ayurvedic treatment services and / or product purchases.
4. If in the account balance remains unused after the expiry date, the funds will be null and void unless you activate the 'rollover' clause (see clause 5 below).
5. If any account balance remains after expiry you can roll over in the remaining funds by renewing the membership and your new account will reflect in the remaining funds from the previous term as well as your new balance. In order to 'rollover' any outstanding amount for renewal payment of the chosen terms must be made within two weeks of the membership expiry.
6. If the funds are finished before the end of the membership date the members have to top up their account with a minimum of £500 to utilize the same benefit.
7. The funds are held on our system and you may request a printout of your balance/treatment history at any time.
8. You are allowed to share your account balance with anyone by a written instruction. Simply email the spa at firstname.lastname@example.org giving permission for use of monies on account. This request can be made in person at spa reception.
9.There are no refunds once packages and memberships are purchased.
10. It is possible to freeze your membership for some time (maximum of two months) following purchase if you know you will not be around or due to any personal circumstances. This can only be agreed with us by telling us the reasons for your non-attendance and the likely time of your return.

Fine Prints & Yathra Policy:
If the appointments are not cancelled or notified to us within 48 hours the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Any client arriving late for the scheduled treatment, more than 10 minutes, will be deducted from the treatment time.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking your slot.
No shows, client will be charged in full for the slot booked.
